The Ministry aims to prepare and implement the Government’s policy in the fields of roads, ports, railways and maritime navigation within the framework of the laws and regulations in force. It also
prepares and implements the Government’s policy on road, rail and maritime transport, and further elaborates and coordinates the Government’s road safety policy. As part of the development of an integrated policy for the development of different modes of transport, the Ministry has made significant progress in the development of transport infrastructure: roads, highways, railways, airports and ports, it also made a breakthrough in the reform of liberalization and introduction of competition in the various modes of transport and improving the quality of service.
The Arab Union for Industrial Exports Development (AUIED)
AUIED is an Arab mechanism aims to promote Arab industrial exports to world markets and to increase trade exchange among Arab countries.
AUIED facilitates the dynamic exchange of information, good practices, experiences and collaboration about offering export-oriented services among Arab TPOs. It
provides a platform where individual organizations may benefit from the synergies of TPOs working together in the spirit of continual and mutual improvement through online and offline forums.
AUIED provides support to the private and the public sectors and, as such, it also links Arab TPOs to enrich their knowledge and activities by promoting the exchange of good practices and experiences. The Membership of AUIED is open to all trade support institutions mandated to provide trade related technical support services and Arab industrial companies

- Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport (AASTMT):.
Established & Operated by the League of Arab States (LAS) as a Regional Institute for Maritime Transport started as a notion in the Arab League Transport Committee”s meetings on 11th of March, 1970. and known for its undergraduate & graduate programs in Maritime Transportation, Engineering, Management, law, Computing & Information Technology, International Transport & Logistics, Language etc.
- Arab Union of Chambers (AUC): The Federation of Chambers of Commerc
e and Industry of the United Arab Emirates was established on the basis of Federal Law No. 5 of 1976, as amended by Federal Law No. 22 of 2000, to represent the business sector and chambers of commerce and industry in economic and social life.
